Outreach Director
Nicole has an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice from TESST Technical College. She is a mother of two wonderful sons, ages 18 and 3. Growing up she experienced many challenges, but she didn’t give up. Her tenacity and resilience is what keeps her going. She has a successful career in the Engineering and Transportation Industry and she loves serving her community. Nicole hopes to make an impact sharing her experiences, connecting to other women who need a tribe for support.

Laury has a Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education from Florida International University. She is deeply committed to advocating for mental health awareness and fostering inclusivity for marginalized and disadvantaged communities. She strives to improve the lives of others by supporting their growth and well-being. Her goal is to help others reach their full potential. As a First-Generation Haitian American perseverance and resiliency are at the core of who Laury is. These values instilled by her parents have empowered her to pursue her dreams and to pave a way for future generations to thrive.

Shauntaya Davis
Shauntaya is a proud United States Navy Veteran that takes pride in helping her fellow Americans. She has a Bachelors in Management from Nova Southeastern University. She has always encouraged women to not only love themselves from within, but show up for themselves through self care. She is a wife and a mother of a six year old boy. She hopes to inspire women to be the best versions of themselves while giving back to underrepresented communities.

Marlena Ivory
Marlena has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems and a Masters of Science in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Forensic Investigative Technology. Her resoluteness and optimism has equipped her to navigate through many struggles; which empowered her to propel through hurdles and achieve many successes. She has always had a passion to encourage women to go after their dreams unapologetically; even when it seems impossible. Marlena believes her purpose is to uplift and inspire women and this organization will achieve just that!
